Payment
Our policy requires payment in advance of despatch. You may send payment with your order or after we inform you your order is ready. Prices are Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Deposit
For orders worth $1000 or more a 30% deposit is required. Under certain circumstances a contract growing agreement will be neccessary.
Freight
Toad Gully Growers will endeavour to ensure the plants are delivered in good condition. However, once despatched from our nursery we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in transit.
Priority
In the event of short supply, orders will be processed in the order they are received (with 30% deposit for orders worth $1000 or more). If an order cannot be supplied, T.G.G. will promptly refund any money received relating to that order.
